If the submitted paper is selected, an official acceptance letter along with an invitation to register for the conference will be sent to the corresponding/communicating author Email ID. Once you receive the notification of acceptance for your full paper, the registration process begins. You have to complete the following steps.

Given below are the general instruction to be followed to register to the conference:

 

Guidelines

• 1 paper presentation and publication will be allowed per Registration
• Registered members are asked to provide intimation about their payments immediately.
• After completion of registration, corresponding author is required to send a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us immediately via Email.
• After Payment, finally format your paper, check author[s] name and affiliation and send final paper and payment proof to icmss.contact@gmail.com
• Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after the final submission date.
• Write / Call coordinator as soon as possible via icmss.contact@gmail.com / +91-9789653809 [9AM – 5PM], in case of registration beyond deadlines.

 

Registration Fee:

Please adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the Conference Homepage

Both Oral Presenters and Non-Presenters/Listeners are required to register and pay their registration fee before the final registration deadline

 

Indian Author: INR 7500 per paper
Indian Listener: INR 5000

Foreign Author: 100 USD per paper
Foreign Listener: 80 USD

 

Deliverables/Registration

• Conference Kit (Bag, Notepad & Pen)
• DVD/USB Conference proceedings
• Certificate of Presentation for all the authors
• Certificate of Attendance
• Payment Receipt

 Refund Policy:

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

• 60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 25% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

 

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. Requests via phone call will not be processed.
